I have dealt with him with 3 vehicles and sent my daughter to deal with him as well. I live in NYS, but travel to Vermont to purchase a car, that should tell you something.

I, like many others in our area, was burned by the previous owner of this dealership, and I vowed I wouldn't return. I have just purchased another Honda CRV. I am replacing my 2016 CRV. My salesman Tom Dandrow was most informative and helped me decide between an HRV and a CRV. I decided on a 2021 CRV. I had some questions about the car after I bought it. Tom was very helpful in explaining my questions. I found the dealership to be a very informative and friendly atmosphere and would recommend it to all.
From the minute I met Solomon I was impressed with his friendly helpful attitude. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process of resolving an issue we had with our CR-V. He contacted the factory rep and worked out a deal that we feel was very fair and favorable. He immediately ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Went to visit Coggins Honda of Bennington with the thought....just keep me in mind when people start turning in their 3-year lease on Honda’s CRV, hoping I could get a good deal on a used model with low mileage. I ended up coming home with a brand new 2020 leftover with all the bells and whistles and a better than expected monthly payment. Everyone was very gracious and professional. Tom went over and beyond helping me to get what I wanted. Super nice guy who aims to please.

Fantastic Great communication Quick service Helpful Chris Hessler in service was very helpful, friendly and sincere. The sales department was open for my son to do a late Saturday afternoon drop off after experiencing trouble while in Vermont on a snowboard trip. Work was done professionally and thoroughly. My husband hit a deer on the way to work and we had to towed to dealer. We walked in to get another car right away and were met with very friendly staff. Thomas was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Very clear and helpful. Since we had little money to put down Ian and Thomas worked hard to get us in a vehicle right away. We test drove used Honda and decided on a Lease CRV EX which we were able to drive home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

They sale they would pay my car off -which the man that does your cr score lied and dont knock off the $2000.00 which he said he would .ITwasnt thomas or the lady that had me sign the paper work .But i like the HONDAand thats why i didnt say a thing .which i feel you should send me the money for my car they didnt pay off and the discount. other then that .ITwas a great .
