Second Chance Animal Center is a valuable community resource the serves the needs of homeless animals and local pet owners in Bennington VT by providing adoption services for rescued animals, improving the lives of companion animals through spay/neuter assistance, humane education, advocacy, and humane investigative advice and assistance to law enforcement agencies.
