I recently bought a new car from Matt at Coggins. The entire experience was above and beyond all expectations. From my first call to arrange a test drive, which Marcus was super helpful in lining up 2 vehicles I was interested in, to the initial meeting with Matt when he made us feel instantly comfortable, almost like we knew him for years. He listened to what we were looking for and answered all the questions we had. There was never any pressure at all! Even working with Jeff to finalize all the paperwork, there was still no pressure. He provided us all the information and never tried to sway us in any direction. Buying a car is something that I always fully dread but there was never a single interaction with anyone at Coggins that left me feeling less than valued and heard. I live much closer to a dealership that I could have purchased from but Matt made the decision to buy from Coggins a no brainer! He went above and beyond what we ever imagined. Devin Briggs went above and beyond to make my first purchase at Coggins a pressure free experience.I purchased a 2025 CRv Exl during the Presidents’ Day sale.He met my every need from helping me do two test drives of different vehicles in horrific weather.To answering every question and dealing in a fair and straightforward manner.No smoke and mirrors routine I have experienced far to often with other dealers and salespeople.An all around great experience and hope to do business with Devin in the future.

Love my 2026 CR-V! Stephen Hooks did a great job detailing all the benefits of the new EX-L. Stephen took a great amount of time to show me all the controls and safety features. The market is very competitive with so many manufacturers offering similar features and great safety devices. I have owned many Honda's (the first in 1969 and currently own a a 2013 CR-V with 285,000 miles, a 2019 Pilot with 211,000 miles and a1971 Honda CB750) and I have found them to be very reliable. I also have owned several other cars in the past, and my final choice was between the CR-V and the new Toyota Rav-4. With almost the same features I was looking for in both models, I chose the CR-V because of the reputation of reliability and the comfort on my test drives. I love the adaptive cruise control that will bring the car to a full stop at a comfortable distance in stop & go traffic. Thank you Stephen and all at Coggins Honda for making the purchasing process go so smoothly. I love my new CR-V Dixie Zens Sunderland, VT
