After purchasing my 2026 Honda Passport from Coggins Honda in Bennington, an accessory that was supposed to be installed at the time of purchase could not be added due to issues with the part. Upon receiving the part and the correct bolts and rivets, Todd Harrington, the service department manager, noticed that the accessory was damaged and immediately stated that it would not be installed. He arranged for a new part to be ordered and remained consistently professional, attentive, and customer‑focused throughout the process. I am highly particular and generally skeptical that details will be handled correctly. After working with Todd, I fully trust that my vehicle will be completed exactly as expected. For this reason, I recommend the Coggins Honda service department without hesitation.
