I recently purchased a Honda Passport from Coggins. My last four vehicles have been the Honda CRV, which I have absolutely loved. I went with the Passport this time as I liked the look and I liked a lot of the features on it. It is fun to drive and a larger version of the CRV, I am enjoying the Passport. Doug Crossman was my salesman, who sold me two of my CRV’s as well. Doug is always very accommodating, patient and makes any purchase or service at Coggins a pleasure.

When working with dealerships usually when you say your a cash buyer most I’ve had experiences with tend to try and get as much money as they can out of you when it comes to lowering trades, crazy doc fees, something irregular to get a bigger cut. I can confidently say that was NOT the case here at coggins. I came down looking for a car for my wife and found exactly what she was looking for. They put it on the lift for me, were willing to negotiate price and work with me on the vehicle. And when I said we wanted to pay cash they never batted an eye. For my kids the waiting room is fantastic. Bunch of toys and books my daughter loved being there! Tyler was a fantastic zero pressure salesman I really enjoyed working with. I’m the type of buyer that doesn’t wanna be pressured or someone trying their hardest to get a sale. Was just a great dude who was chill and very easy to work with. Jeff the finance guy was also amazing too. Really enjoyed how quick we were in and out when it came to paying for the vehicle especially with 2 kids. All around fantastic experience. I’m glad we made the trip down for the van and we will gladly do it again when it’s time to replace my vehicle! The only very small complaint/ not even a complaint just something that gets in the way of an aggressive buyer like myself is the digital assistant they use can be a little frustrating. As I’m the kind of buyer where I like to put deposits on vehicles and you can’t do that with them. And it takes a while to actually get in touch with someone who actually resides at the dealership. The digital assistant was very nice no problems just was an extra step I did not feel was necessary. Especially when this dealer is a first come first serve place. Which is fine but for buyers like myself and I know I’m coming down I like putting a deposit down before I get down there so I know there’s no chance of a wasted trip. Not a big deal. Still an amazing experience. My wife loves the minivan and it’s been a rock solid investment for us with two kids we couldn’t be happier with! Thanks again Tyler!!
