I had a great experience with Coggins! Thomas drove the car down from Vermont for me to see it in Pittsfield, and the whole sales process was easy and efficient. He was patient and wasn't pushy at all (unlike at other dealerships I had been to), answered all my questions, and helped find an agreement that worked for my budget. I felt supported and not rushed as I was making this big decision. Their driver, Ed, delivered the car to me directly to my office, and he was very kind and patient while I sorted out some final questions. I had a much better experience with them than with the large dealerships I had previously visited. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.
